RETURNS
At Laradiva, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return or exchange the item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt date. Please note, shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Price tag on merchandise must not be detached in order to prove the merchandise is unworn; otherwise, only store credit will be issued within 15 days of receipt date.
After 15 days of receipt we don't accept any returns or exchanges. Please return all merchandise to the following address:

RETURNS FOR LARADIVA SWIMWEAR
We want you to feel like a DIVA with your purchase and since we love what we do we want you to feel satisfied. Laradiva will accept a one time return merchandise, for swimwear (for hygienic purposes) within 48 hours of receipt or order and we will return your money or exchange it for another of our products. Goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed and be in saleable conditions. All panty liners, tags and straps for the swimwear must be in tact. Shipping handling are non refundable.
SHIPPING
We provide UPS, FEDEX and USPS as our shipping carrier. Delivery depend on the shipping method of your choice and destinations. Usually, it only take about 2-4 business days to reach 90% US destinations. However, it will take about 3-7 business days to reach international destinations.
International Orders
We ship orders outside the Continental US and Canada for the appropriate charge, which varies based on destination. We will notify you of the shipping charges and order total. If you prefer, you may call or fax us for the specific shipping charges before placing an order, or email us at info@laradiva.com. Shipment may be subject to taxes levied by the destination country, and Laradiva is not responsible for any VAT, other applicable taxes, or duties on any shipments. Any such fees due are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
