RETURNS
At Laradiva, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return or exchange the item in its original condition within 5 days of receipt date. Please note, shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Price tag on merchandise must not be detached in order to prove the merchandise is unworn; otherwise, only store credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt date.

We provide UPS, FEDEX and USPS as our shipping carrier. Delivery depend on the shipping method of your choice and destinations. Usually, it only take about 2-4 business days to reach 90% US destinations. However, it will take about 3-7 business days to reach international destinations.

We ship orders outside the Continental US and Canada for the appropriate charge, which varies based on destination. We will notify you of the shipping charges and order total.
